Ask me for a copy of my compilation of favorite mathy books. I'll have plenty with me throughout the weekend. : )

I've taught for 20+ years in all HS course levels, in public and private, East coast and west, all-boys and coed. I now teach lots of Calculus and grade AP exams in June...it's like summer camp with math friends! I have also long enjoyed Geometry and am still fascinated by it.

My BA is in mathematics (Kenyon College) and my master's work is an M.Div. (Princeton Theological Seminary). I teach at The Lawrenceville School (NJ) and also coach swimming there. In Dec 2013, I was named one of that year's winners of the Rosenthal Prize for Innovation in Math Teaching, which was thrilling!

I enjoy these conferences in order to engage other teachers and share/learn about helpful pedagogy...but also just learn more great math. I especially like to hear about good book and movie recommendations.
