I have a passion for changing the culture of math instruction in our elementary school classrooms. I coach teachers to make shifts in their instructional practices so that the next generation of students will be able to make sense of mathematics and move beyond rote memorization of algorithms.

I believe everyone can be successful at math. The best gift that we can give to our students is not to teach them math, but to empower them as learners of mathematics! This is my passion!
